RETURN & REFUND policy applicable to U.S buyers only:

We do not accept returns due to buyer’s remorse, buyer chose wrong model/color/size, buyer provided a wrong shipping address, buyer failed to read entire description of the listing and did not attempt to contact us to clarify any concerns about the item prior to committing to buy.

Defective or damaged items are eligible for a full refund once the item is returned to us and no restocking fee will be applied.

• Prior to requesting a return under this option, buyer agrees to send some clear photos of the defective/damaged item or part within 3 calendar days of the confirmed delivery of the item.

Return shipping cost will be paid by the buyer if an exception has been accepted or a special agreement has been approved by us.

Restocking fee: Some returns will be charged a restocking fee and the percentage will depend on the condition of the returned item.

Partial refunds are given if the buyer is reasonable and willing to resolve an issue prior to requesting a return and must first contact us with details of the issue.

Refund processing time:

Full refunds are issued to the buyer once the return has been received and we have verified that all expected contents came in the package complete and in the same new condition they were originally shipped to the buyer.

Partial refunds are issued immediately after they buyer has accepted and agreed to a mutual resolution without requesting any return.

* All approved returns must be shipped within 7 days and must include all contents that came with the original package (original branded packaging, tags, stickers, accessories, gifts, etc)
